Terms and Conditions for Encore Rewards Membership

Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Encore Rewards Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not enroll in or participate in the Program.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enroll in the Program, you must be at least 19 years of age and legally present in British Columbia. Only one membership per individual is permitted. Employees of Cascades Casino Langley or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Registration Process
To register, you must visit Cascades Casino Langley in person and provide valid government-issued photo identification. You will be required to fill out a membership form and confirm your eligibility. Upon successful registration, you will be issued an Encore Rewards card.
Use of Encore Rewards Card
Your Encore Rewards card must be presented at the time of play to earn points. It is your responsibility to ensure the card is used during each gaming session. Points are not transferable and may not be combined with any other account.
Point Accumulation and Redemption
Points are accumulated based on eligible gaming activity as defined by Cascades Casino Langley. Points may be redeemed for free play, dining, and other benefits as determined by the casino. Redemption options are subject to change and will be communicated to members.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers may be available to members at the discretion of Cascades Casino Langley. These offers may include free play credits, match play vouchers, or other incentives. Specific terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers.
Account Management
It is your responsibility to manage your account. If your account is inactive for an extended period, it may be deactivated in accordance with the Program rules. Self-excluded or banned individuals are prohibited from participating in the Program.
Changes to Terms
Cascades Casino Langley reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Cascades Casino Langley shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by members in connection with the Program. Members participate at their own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cascades Casino Langley regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
